Policies
Registration & Payments
- Registration is confirmed upon payment of the registration fee.
- For a single course (or up to 12 sessions), fees must be settled in full before the course begins.
- For multiple courses (Above 12 sessions), installment plans are offered and may be applied. In such cases, the first installment serves as the registration fee and must be settled in order to reserve the spot. Remaining installments are scheduled according to the selected payment plan and learning duration.
Refunds
Refunds are not part of our standard policy.
The first 50% of the course fee is non-refundable under all circumstances. Any request concerning the remaining balance must be submitted before the beginning of the second half of the course and will only be considered in exceptional circumstances beyond the student’s control. Any approved refund remains at the sole discretion of the academy and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Attendance
- Students are expected to attend regularly

Missing sessions may affect a student's ability to successfully complete the course
- More than 2-3 missed sessions will result in the loss of eligibility for a certificate of completion.
- Absences should be communicated in advance whenever possible:
• Group classes: A session may be postponed only if at least half of the class communicates their absence in advance.
• Private sessions: A session may be rescheduled only if discussed and agreed upon in advance. Otherwise the session will be considered missed, not cancelled.
Transfers
• Private Sessions: Transfers may be requested at any stage of the learning process, subject to availability and approval.
• Group Courses: Transfer requests will only be considered after a minimum of 50% of the course has been completed and are subject to availability and approval.
Certificates

Our courses are professional training programs. Upon meeting the relevant requirements, students may receive academy-issued certificates. For further information regarding certificate types, eligibility, and requirements, please refer to the Certificates section.
Photography & recording
Photography and recording are generally permitted,and may sometimes be required for educational purposes. However, students must obtain permission before taking photographs, videos, or recordings during class. Recording or photographing the instructor, other students, or course materials may only take place with prior consent.
